No smoking in house and no parties are allowed. There will be a charge for additional guests that are not accounted for at reservation or discussed with the host Video surveillance: We have 2 security cameras recording video and audio 24/7 at the exterior front and back of the house. The video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, any suspicious activity on our property, guests sneaking in unapproved pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed and house rules. The cameras monitor only the exterior front door, driveway and backyard of the house and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned
