Security Cameras: We have two security cameras recording video and audio 24/7 at the front and back of the property. These cameras monitor the exterior areas: including the front door, driveway, and backyard. The footage is kept confidential and used solely for liability and security purposes, such as in the event of a break-in, suspicious activity, unauthorized pets, or exceeding the maximum occupancy or house rules. Disabling, obstructing, or tampering with the cameras is strictly prohibited. Any such actions may result in immediate eviction without a refund if violations occur.
