House Rules and Security Notice: No smoke inside the house and no parties are allowed Additional guests not included in the reservation or not approved by the host will incur extra charges. Noise Policy: Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00AM and 8:00PM to respect our neighbors. Security Cameras: We have two cameras recording video and audio 24/7 at the front and back of the house. The footage is kept confidential and used solely for safety reasons, such as in cases of break ins, suspicious activity, unauthorized pets, exceeding occupancy limits, or rule violations. The cameras only monitor the exterior front door, driveway, and backyard, and do not infringe on guest privacy. Any attempt to disable or tamper with the cameras is prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Violations will also result in forfeiture of the full deposit, and guests maybe asked to leave immediately without refund
