Additional guests not included in the reservation or not previously approved by the host will incur extra charges. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring extra visitors. Noise Policy: 1. Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10:00PM and 8:00AM, in accordance with the City of Bend's good neighbor guidelines. Security Cameras: 1. The property is equipped with three exterior security cameras at the front, back, and side entrance, recording video and audio 24/7 2. The footage is kept confidential and is used solely for liability reasons, such as in cases of break-ins, suspicious activity, unauthorized pets, exceeding occupancy limits, or violations of house rules. 3. These cameras only monitor public exterior areas - front door, driveway, back entrance, and the side door from the garage - and do not infringe on guests' privacy. 4. Any attempt to disable, cover, or interfere with the cameras is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without a refund. 5. The full security deposit will be forfeited if any violations occur, and guests may be asked to leave the property immediately without any refund.

Just a short drive of 30 minutes from the house, Tumalo Falls is a breathtaking waterfall that cascades over 90 feet. Visitors can hike or bike to the falls and enjoy the stunning natural beauty of the area. Pine Nursery Park: this expansive park features walking trails, sports fields, a playground, and a disc golf course.
